Product Description
This sales forecast model allows projecting next year’s sales with a break down for the top ten products using percentage growth from the prior year’s method.
The model requires an input of two year actual sales data. Next year product sales forecast is calculated based on the sales percentage growth from prior year that you will input in designated cells.
Each product sales estimates, total sales estimates, 2- and 3- year averages, product % contribution to total sale are automatically calculated.
The data is then pulled out in sets of interactive excel dashboards.
