This sales forecast model allows estimating quarterly sales with a break down for the top five products for the next two years using percentage growth from the prior quarter method.
The model requires input of one year actual quarterly sales data. Quarterly sales forecast for consequent years is calculated based on the sales percentage growth from the prior quarter estimates that you will input in designated cells.
Product quarterly and annual dollar sales estimates, quarterly % sales growth from same quarter of prior year, % from annual products sales are automatically calculated.
The data is then pulled out in a set of interactive excel dashboards.
